- Third-person charge at RM155+ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed and one breakfast.
- Third-person charge for Rock Royalty Seaview Deluxe rooms and/or suites at RM250+ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed, breakfast and Rock Royalty Lounge access, benefits & privileges.
- Children below 12 years old will be charged RM120+ per night inclusive of one rollaway bed.
- Any no show or cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival will subject to a no show or cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night for every room booked.
- Cancellation policy during peak seasons 16 December 2022 – 02 January 2023:
a) Any cancellation made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night for every room booked.
b) Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to full duration of stay.
c) Any amendment made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
d) In case of no-show, an amount equivalent to the full duration of stay will be charged.
