• No refunds for tickets will be provided if participants choose to cancel their registration. However, you may transfer to another person at no additional cost, by providing a written notice of substitution to the organiser at [email protected], up to two weeks prior to the start of the event. Please provide your booking / reference number when informing us on the notice of substitution.
• The registration will be only considered confirmed upon the full receipt of payment. Delegated with outstanding payments will not be allowed to access the virtual event.
• Please note that “No Show” are liable for the full registration fee. No refund if delegate fails to attend.
