Release all that no longer serves you and plan for a brilliant 2022 for yourself. During this 2 hour session you will have: - Journaling about what we need to release and what we are ready to create - Exercise in letting go and magnetizing what we now want to bring in - And the last hour is an emotionally impactful sound bath to integrate all the changes

Wear comfortable clothing for lying on the floor. Elizabeth will be diffusing essential oils in the room to sterilize the air. Please bring along your own pillow cover and blanket for safety and comfort
